Uma Aiyer... Been looking at her amazing performances right from the GD at NMIMS (no wonder they decided the rest of the group were no good - she was the only one speaking, the rest of us looked on, slack-jawed)...
That, I realized, was just a teaser - imagine my 'chagrin' (for the lack of a suitable word) when I saw the same person here at IMT...! And my dread when I realized we were gonna be in the same class!
Jokes apart, it has been a treat watching someone with passion and enthusiasm for their work... And at IMT, that definitely is saying something!
Hey Uma, since the moment I began gathering this little heap of praise for you, one dialogue has been itching to come out in words - it's from the movie GURU:
"Jab log tumhare khilaf bolne lage, samajh lo tarakki kar rahe ho"
sweety.. wl always remember u as the irresponsible girl who dint carry her inhaler, refused to sleep on time, refused medicine, ran with migraine, played with broken finger, ... the list is endless.
but u r also the person i cn nyday turn to whn i m in need. thnx sweety
Uma .. Well, a name that's etched on my mind now, to be of someone who's personification of word "energy", "enthusiasm" and "zest". So there are these people you meet, & within no time, you dont know why, you get the feeling that that person, someday, is going to make it big. Uma, (& I'd make sure she's in my Rolodex :P) is one such person in my mind. Would go to any extent to help her friends - is brilliant as hell - will always be one u can count on to be online when you are bored at 5am in the morning - talks a lot of sense when she opens a conversation and Well .. people will always have a lot to write about her (so dont blame length of my post:P) Thanks Uma, its people like you who made my IMT experience what it is. I would go against all odds...and Say that Uma is really a very sweet and cute girl..!!!!!We have some amazing outings, get togethers.....
One of the best moments I would cherish in IMT would the Songs we sang together...with Uma on guitar.....
